all deposits are non-refundable. each booked session will require an extra $100 if upgraded to a studio. each purchased session is an agreement that each client understands the ownership of the copyright of said taken images and how images may or may not be used. there is a mandatory booking fee required in order to reserve your booking date and time. website viewers who take images will be prosecuted for plagiarism and fraud if images are not released from photographer.
